Travel Brochure Geography Assignment Project

This is a fun way to introduce world geography and culture in your classroom! In this project, students embark on a geography lesson by choosing a country and writing an informational geography and culture brochure. Categories/sections are simply explained and formatted. This project has a rubric at the top of the page, ensuring the geography lesson is comprehensive.

Also included is a brochure walk worksheet. This portion is optional if time permits. After projects are turned in, students can do a brochure walk. They read the brochures and address the questions that are included. This is a great way for students to be exposed to varying cultures while reinforcing their geography lesson.
